Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Metalab Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • 250g Smooth cottage cheese
  • ¼ Cup honey
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ Cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence/extract
  • Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
    260 g ripe banana (about 2–3 medium bananas)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 35 g maple syrup (≈1¾ tbsp)
  • 195 g oat flour
  • 2½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few dashes of cinnamon
  • 37 g protein powder (≈1 scoop, 136 kcal, 27.9 g protein)
  • 38 g chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  3. Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and protein powder — stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, pour into the tin, and bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
