- ¼ Cup Metalab Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
- 250g Smooth cottage cheese
- ¼ Cup honey
- 2 Large eggs
- ½ Cup greek yoghurt
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence/extract
- Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
260 g ripe banana (about 2–3 medium bananas) - 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 35 g maple syrup (≈1¾ tbsp)
- 195 g oat flour
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Few dashes of cinnamon
- 37 g protein powder (≈1 scoop, 136 kcal, 27.9 g protein)
- 38 g chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and protein powder — stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, pour into the tin, and bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
