The best time to use MECHANIC:
MECHANIC is best used either before or during your workouts.
It is unflavoured and thus can be added to any pre-workout or intra-workout supplement such as our SPELLBOUND or MOONWALK.
On non training days MECHANIC can be taken anytime of day.
It is advisable to use mechanic daily for 8 weeks before taking 10 to 14 days off. It is important to consume between 2 and 3.5L of water daily when supplementing with MECHANIC.
There is no scoop in this product and the daily serving size is 1 rounded/heaped teaspoon (6.55g).
This product is unflavoured and has a naturally stale/bitter taste and may alter the taste of any products it is added to when being consumed.
