Ingredients
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1 half cup normal flour
• 1 scoop METALAB protein powder
• 1 third cup xylitol
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 quarter teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 3 to 5 tablespoons water
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper 2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, normal flour, protein powder, xylitol, cinnamon, and salt 3. Add melted butter and vanilla essence 4. Slowly add water one tablespoon at a time until a firm dough forms. It should not be sticky 5. Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out very thin for extra crunch 6. Cut into small cereal sized squares or break into rustic pieces 7. Spread evenly on the tray 8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp 9. Let it cool completely. It will get crunchier as it cools
