Wheat Flour, MetaLab Bridge Whey Vanilla [Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Pink Himalayan Salt, Flavouring, Digezyme® (Multi-Enzyme Complex), Non-Nutritive Sweetener (Sucralose)], Flavouring, Pink Himalayan Salt, Baking Powder [Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Flour Improver], Sodium Bicarbonate, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
1. Use a light non-stick trying pan with a handle & a generous lip.
2. Gently shake your pan to see if the pancake is ready to be flipped. Pro tip - you can loosen it with a spatula.
3. Using both hands, lift your pan off the stove & gently tilt it slightly forwards so that the pancake is resting on the edge of the pan. If the pancake doesn't move & is sticking to the pan it is not ready to be flipped!
4. When ready, quickly flick your wrists in an upward motion so that he pancake gets airborne & flips over! Follow through confidently when you flick your wrist upward. The pancake should flip towards your body & end up on the other side.
5. Once successfully flipped, finish cooking your pancake on the other side until ready.
6. If you fail, remember the 10 seconds rule!
