METALAB X ULEEN FOURIE High Protein Instant Mug Cake
METALAB PROTEIN
MUG CAKE POPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sachets METALAB Protein Mug Cake Mix
- 200ml milk
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp yoghurt of choice
- 150g melted chocolate for icing
- Sprinkles for decorating
METHOD:
1. Mix the mug cake sachets with the milk and microwave mixture on high for 2 mins.
2. Crumble cake into a bowl, add coconut and yoghurt. Mix until sticky.
3. Roll table-spoon sized balls from the mixture.
4. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate and dip each chilled cake pop, then add sprinkles. Enjoy 😊
METALAB PROTEIN
AIRFRYER COOKIE BITES
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sachets of METALAB Protein Mug Cake Mix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla/caramel essence
METHOD:
1. Mix together egg, melted butter and vanilla essence.
2. Add the wet mixture to the mug cake mix and stir until well combined.
3. Spray your airfyer basket with oil or non-stick spray.
4. Scoop a tbsp of the mix and place it in your airfryer basket.
5. Repeat with the remaining mixture, spacing scoops slightly apart.
6. Airfry at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
7. Dust with icing sugar once cool and enjoy 😊
