Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons gelatine
- 3 scoops METALAB Strawberry Milk Protein Powder
- Red food colouring (a few drops)
1. Pour the milk into a small pot and sprinkle the gelatine evenly over the top.2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the gelatine to bloom.3. Place the pot on low heat, stirring gently until the gelatine has fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.4. Remove from the heat and whisk in the protein powder until smooth.5. Add a few drops of red food colouring and mix until the desired colour is reached.6. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer for 10–15 minutes, until thick and fluffy.7. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray or container, smoothing the top.8. Place in the refrigerator and chill until fully firm (about 2–3 hours).9. Remove from the tray and cut into squares to serve.
