Adults: Mix one sample pack (34 g) with 250 ml to 300 ml of cold water or milk depending on personal preference.
Adolescents (10-17 years): Mix two thirds of a sample pack (22 g) with 160 ml to 200 ml of cold water or milk depending on personal preference.
Children (4-9 years): Mix one third of a sample pack (11 g) with 80 ml to 100 ml of cold water or milk depending on personal preference.
