Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 60 g METALAB Vanilla Bean Protein Powder (≈ 1 ¾ scoops)
  • 420 ml milk of choice1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g frozen blueberries, warmed with 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp Greek-style vanilla yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C and lightly grease or line a baking dish.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, and milk — stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the warmed blueberries and swirl through the yoghurt.
  5. Pour mixture into your dish and bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
  6. Serve warm with a spoon of yoghurt and a drizzle of peanut butter.
