Ingredients
- 200 g rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 60 g METALAB Vanilla Bean Protein Powder (≈ 1 ¾ scoops)
- 420 ml milk of choice1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g frozen blueberries, warmed with 1 tsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp Greek-style vanilla yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- Preheat oven to 180 °C and lightly grease or line a baking dish.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, and milk — stir until combined.
- Fold in the warmed blueberries and swirl through the yoghurt.
- Pour mixture into your dish and bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.

Serve warm with a spoon of yoghurt and a drizzle of peanut butter.
